Relocalization is the effort to re-orient a community to a more local focus as a means to become more independant and secure related generally to energy, food, climate change, and the local economy. Yet relocalization can involve much more such as re-acquiring a sense of community, a more efficient and compact development form, emergency preparedness, and other quality of life indicators.

It also contains databases on best practices, service providers, and energy calculators.

Most of this information is freely distributed and available to anyone interested.
